Key Technologies

Unilink® 1000 Series

Zirconium-based catalysts that deliver fast cure profiles similar to tin systems. Ideal for filled and unfilled cast elastomers using either aliphatic or aromatic isocyanates. It offers excellent mold productivity and is suitable for color-sensitive formulations.

Unilink® 2000 Series

Titanium-based catalysts are designed to mimic mercury systems' delayed reactivity and sharp final cure. Offers a wide formulating window and exceptional mechanical performance across diverse elastomer and coating applications. It has high moisture tolerance and excellent storage stability.

Unilink® 4200, 4230, and 4100

Aromatic diamine chain extenders are tailored for flexible polyurethane foams and elastomeric coatings. These grades improve compressive strength, tensile and tear resistance, dimensional stability, and mold flow while reducing cycle times and foam density.
